Why this hotel?
The Kampa Hotel – Old Armoury stands in the immediate vicinity of Kampa park, divided from the park by an artificial millrun called Certovka. The group of houses among which Čertovka flows is called Prague Venice. There are also huge mill wheels in the millrun.
Besides Lichtenstein Palace, there is also, for example, Sova’s Mill, which is used at present as the Kampa Museum, with a collection of 20th century fine art in the park. The entire park is freely accessible, with plenty of places to relax overlooking the Vltava river and the sights on the other bank.
The unforgettable atmosphere of Hotel Kampa - Old Armory with replicas of armigers, knights and musketeers is popular among guests both for accommodation and renowned gastronomy.
