Beer tasting Augustine hotel

Try monastic liquid legacy, St. Thomas Beer, and accompany friends to the incomparable beer degustation at the Augustine. This beer represents a great amount of the Augustine’s rich history as it was produced by the monks’ years ago. The St. Thomas Beer was brewed on site from 1352-1951, and the brewing technique and secret recipe was passed to the newly opened hotel in 2009. Augustine features other abbey beer from across Europe, and many of their spirits and liqueurs originate from monasteries including kirsch, Chartreuse, Armagnacs and fruit brandies.
