We are a wedding agency established in 1998, and we organized over 1 400 weddings. We have 7 full-time wedding coordinators, working mainly in Prague, Central Bohemia & Switzerland. We are the first transparent agency in the Czech Republic, so we only charge our clients the cost that wedding vendors are charging us. Our agency is specialized in international weddings, we have arranged the legal paperwork in the Czech Republic for over 70+ nationalities. PragueWeddings fee for help and coordination of the legal paperwork only. Our wedding coordinators will guide you in the legal paperwork process, schedule appointments with all institutions needed, collecting your documents, bringing your documents to the translator, buying stamps required, booking interpreter, booking your wedding date at the venue of your choice, on-site coordination of your ceremony and give you instruction to finalize your legal wedding.
Number of hours of work included in this package: 10 hours off-site work and 5 hours on-site work.
Additional fee:
Legal paperwork translation+ stamps (price based on nationality & number of pages to translate before/after your wedding)
2 000,-CZK/ 80,-EUR English Interpreter authorized by the government*
4 000,-CZK/ 160,-EUR register office fee**
2 000,-CZK/ 80,-EUR fee per divorced person
1 000,-CZK/ 40,-EUR shipping of your wedding certificate to your home-country
500,-CZK/ 20,-EUR per hour charge if additional appoinments or help needed out the 15 hours of work included in the PragueWeddings fee.

500,-CZK/ 20,-EUR per hour charge if additional appoinments or help needed out the 15 hours of work included in the PragueWeddings fee.
If you would like to know more about the legal procedure, we can arrange a consultation with one of our wedding coordinators for you. Please, kindly note that the consultation is charged 1 000,-CZK/ 40,-EUR per hour, refundable if you decide to hire us.
Information for EU citizens & non-EU citizens:
Package does not include costs of obtaining documents required from the client in their home countries.
Additional fee may apply to persons who have legally changed their name during the course of their life.
It is necessary for the bride and groom to visit Prague 6-1 month prior to the wedding day to visit local offices and finish up paperwork. For exceptions please enquire.
Two witnesses are required for the legal ceremony to happen. If you are travelling without guests, we can arrange witnesses for you.
