Legalities after the Marriage

We return to clients original of birth certificate, divorce and name change documents. Original of No Impediment documents and address confirmation ALWAYS stay at registry office and we are not able to return it under no circumstances. if client provided any other documentation which is needed back - please always ask wedding coordinator if this is  possible.

Your Marriage certificate is usually ready 3-4 weeks after the wedding ceremony. On base of power attorney you sigh at registry office we are able to pick the marriage certificate up, apostille it and legally translate it. Apostilled and officially translated Marriage Certificate is OK you to register as marriage person. Shall you require anything else (such as apostille for official translator) please enquire. According to our information it is not necessary.

Then we send your marraige certificate together with birth certificates back to you via registry post (usual time of delivery 2 weeks - depends on country we send it to). Shall you need your documentation earlier we can use courier services for extra fee (usuall delivery fee is  around 2.000 czk - depends on country and weigh of the parcel).
