The traditional Czech three course meal (starter, main dish and dessert) around 600 CZK, for example:
- starters: tartar of rump steak, slow-baked homemade pâté, gratinated goat cheese;
- main dishes: tripe according to our head chef’s recipe, malá strana tripe, fried ears from a Central Bohemian porker;
- desserts: apple strudel, quark dumplings stuffed with nougat, homemade pistachio Crème brûlée.
